Working process of charcoal rod making machine:

1, Crushing

2, Drying

The Drying machine uses the hot air drying system to reduce the water content to 8%-12%.

3, Rod Making

The sawdust produces free radicals, bifunctional under the hot and high pressure condition of the charcoal rod making machine. The sawdust can be combined each other closely through a covalent bond. Once formed, the combination will remain stable in case there is no external damage, more stable after cooling.

4, Carbonization

The carbonization furnace transforms the charcoal rod to clean charcoal without smoke.
