1. Drying temperature stage: The fuel rod is sent to the carbonization furnace. 2. The initial stage of carbonization: After drying the fuel rod, the subsequent carbonization process needs to be carried out. In this process, the carbonization of the fuel rod mainly relies on its own combustion to generate heat, and the temperature in the furnace will rise to between 160-280 ℃. Such a high temperature will promote the decomposition reaction of the internal materials of the fuel rod, the change of the composition structure, and the preliminary carbonization stage of the charcoal.

3. Comprehensive carbonization stage: After the initial carbonization of the fuel rod, as the temperature becomes higher and higher, after the temperature is upgraded to 300-650℃, the material inside the fuel rod will be rapidly decomposed. Under different effects, the raw materials such as fuel rods will decompose rapidly. It will be retorted into charcoal, and charcoal will be produced and formed.

The principle of the charcoal machine is simple to say, and it is very easy to understand. That is, the branches, straws, straws, peanut shells, tree trunks, cotton stalks, tea seed husks, nut shells, weeds, leaves, etc., contain biomass fibers that can produce charcoal.
