The carbonization furnace is a pyrolysis method for paint removal from cans. Paint removal is achieved through retorting in an oxygen-free high-temperature environment. No waste water is produced, and waste gas is discharged after exhaust gas treatment, which can meet environmental protection requirements.

The reason why our carbonization furnace is called a continuous carbonization furnace is because the cans enter the carbonization furnace continuously and are continuously discharged after carbonization is completed. Everything is done during the operation of the equipment.

The cans are not preloaded into the furnace. Instead, the carbonization furnace is preheated to the carbonization temperature first, and then the equipment starts. After starting, the feeding begins. When the cans enter the carbonization furnace, the sealing of the feed port must be ensured to ensure There is oxygen-free carbonization in the main furnace, so the cans need to be broken into small pieces in advance, not too big, generally about 2 centimeters.

After the can fragments enter the carbonization furnace, they move from the feed port to the carbon outlet as the main furnace rotates. During the movement, carbonization and paint removal are gradually completed. The time they stay in the main furnace is generally 30 minutes. The carbon outlet has a cooling device. The can fragments are cooled during the carbon discharge process from the carbon outlet, and then the carbon is discharged from the carbonization furnace.
